TINKERBELL had her BABIES!!!
 
Yesterday, all she did was sleep, so I decided to sleep with her because that is just not like Tinkerbell, this morning around 8:50a.m she started to whine a little, not cry but I little whine here and there, so I knew it was time or close to it. At 9:41 a.m. she gave birth to a little boy weighing in at 4 oz, she did so good, she was so brave and such a good mommy:rolleyes: it was unblelieveable, then at 10:37 am she was trying again and gave birth to a huge baby boy weighin in at 6oz:confused: :eek: My poor baby, she needed help, he got stuck and she couldn't do it on her own, so I helped her and when I saw the size I was in shock:eek:. Well they are fine now, but I think she is not done yet, looks like she is having another one, I mean she had discharge and but not in hard labor yet:eek:.. I am dying here:eek:. She is resting with the babies now and they both ate already, they are so smart they latched on to her and started to eat, very active too:rolleyes: I am wating to see if she has another one, from the looks of her belly it looks like there is at least one more:confused: It's been over an hour?? How far apart can they be born??

Don't know, but bumping! Congrats on the first two!!! Yay! :)

Congrats ! :) I have had 3 hrs in between pups. Heres what my vet books says about when to call a vet.

30-60 minutes of active straining without birth

4 hrs between births. ( I would call the vet at 3 hrs. to give a heads up to them or ask what they think)

2 hrs weak,ineffectual labor without birth

Update on babies
 
Thanks ladies for your support, she just had her 3rd one, at 12:17 so not bad:rolleyes: I dont know if she has more babies or not:confused: I think one more though:eek: 3 boys so far:rolleyes:

Update.
 
First baby was 3oz and the middle was 6 oz, 3rd is 5oz:D So Far she is doing great:thumbup: just alittle shaking:( but she is nursing them and loving them;)

OMG, I am so overwhelmed with joy:D :D But I think I did feel one more so it's been about 1:50 minutes since she had her last:D They are so adorable, and they are eating so good too, I hope they continue to do well!!

Because...awwwww...look how good momma is being:p

Anymore more movement in there? Do you think there is another pup? Our litter had gaps between pups of 3 hrs. at the end...

Thanks, yeah she is a good mommy:D. I thought I felt one more it's been a little over 2 hours:confused: :confused: But no more fluid is coming out:confused: I think it might take her a while if she does have one more:confused:

Did you feel movement or just a firm ball? Sometimes it feels like an other pup when it's just the uterus tightening. If you feel movement or there is a green discharge than there's an other pup on the way. Did you have an xray? If you're expectin one more and she hasn't had it in 4 hours after the last delivery you need to call your vet. If she's comfortable and resting, she's probably done.

There is no discharge like before, she is only a little bloody. I didn't feel a movement, more like a ball. I didn't have an X-ray because the doc said it was too early when I took her in, last week:confused: She is very comfortable and resting, the babies are nursing at times and sleeping most of the time:D She might be done then:D How do I know for sure??:confused:

Is she is settled, calm, attending to her babies, I would say she is done. Did she eat her dinner? Tomorrow, you can take her to the vet for a check..and a shot of oxyie..best wishes..

She is calm, and taking care of her babies, I had my hand over her belly and no more movements, she doesn't want to leave her babies at all:confused: not even to eat or drink:confused: She only let me handle the babies when I changed her bedding for clean ones, I am making her brown rice and chicken breast, maybe she will drink the chicken broth. She is sleepin now with her babies;). She had a little drop of nutrical ( I gave her) and some water i dripped with my fingers in to her mouth because she doesn;t want to drink out of the bowl:confused:. How soon does she need to go potty or get up, she only got up to move with her babies while I changed her bedding:aimeeyork

I always give my gals a meal in bed after they whelp. Something I know they like, I figure it doesn't hurt to spoil them a bit at this point. She'll let you know when she has to go potty. Right now she probably just wants to rest with her little ones and enjoy them. Hand feed her a bit of chicken and tell her she's wonderful. She deserves it for a job well done.

:D She is somewhat back to her old self, when it comes to chicken:D She ate really good, and drank all her chicken broth:D She is very uneasy about leavin her babies though, she kept running to check on them while I hand feed her some of the chicken in the kitchen. I feel better though:rolleyes: at least she ate, and yes I will spoil her alot, she deserve every bit of it :D She is the most adorable baby I've ever had:D She is my princess:aimeeyork

Congrats on the new babies and I am glad everthing went ok. 6 oz is a pretty good sized puppy. I am happy she had it by herself. What a good girl.
