yep sure does....Thanks! His white has lessened quite a bit and he may outgrow it like his sisters did. His coat throughout his back is ALL black and no white at all...just some white in the tan spots. Thanks! |
Hey Paula! Diggy is just as cute as ever!! That link that was shared with you has actually been posted a lot by the breeders on here that are so against breeding "off colors". You know that you are welcome to call me anytime (you have the number) and we can chat about it. Of course you know that I am a future breeder and I do plan to breed my incredibly sweet (equally beautiful) parti Yorkie. I make no apologies to anyone that disagrees with it...I adore the breed and happen to be captivated by the parti coloring. :) I, like the breeders that do not agree with my choice, have an opinion of how the parti color came about. Good luck in whatever you decide to do about breeding! Tam |
pie bald I must have missed your post...which parent is a parti color or Biewer? You do not have to show to breed for show quality...to breed for anything less is not fair to the breed we are suppose to protect. Since the Yorkie is nearing number one, the future looks pretty bleak..I have yet to go to any vet here in Florida and see a Yorkie of decent pet quality...I had one vet ask his groomer to come and take a look at Kate..he said "that is a Yorkie". |

I don't think that's Paula's (Diggy) plan as she has been PMing me, since she plans to breed, but wants to do it to improve the breed and do it the correct way. Mary |
breeding What I did not understand is the pie bald gene statement...I was wondering how Diggy is related to a parti or Biewer..I couldn't see white on any of the saddles of the pictures posted..just being curious..thanks. |
Goodness, it does seem like Paula is doing things right and getting many test done on Diggy BEFORE she is even thinking of just jumping in and breeding him. I think that say's a lot for a future possible breeder. I am pleased to see that she has put a lot of thought and effort into this instead of just studding him out. Good luck Paula and Diggy I hope all works out for you! |
DNA question You only do the DNA test once!! Its a lifetime thing and a permanent record with AKC. FYI |
