This is sad! Just found this site http://www.dandieyorkies.com/index.html that came up when I was looking for something else. Thought I might advise people to please avoid places like this. 21 mommies and the poor looking little studs... Really now.....JMO |
Yikes that is a lot of girls! BTW, turn your speakers DOWN before you click- I almost jumped out of my seat! |
Sorry, I really didn't think about it being that loud, but I need new speakers. Didn't mean to blast anyone! |

I only count 14 mommies which is still alot I guess. |
I have seen better and I have seen way worse! I think some of her adults and pups are nice. They all looked well groomed and have a large fenced in area and look happy to me. Yep she has more dogs than I would have but mabey she's home all day with them ( some were double pictures of the same dog). I like the fact that she shows the public her dogs and doesn't make it look like she just has a few and keep the rest in cages all shaved down so she doesn't have to groom them. In general I don't think her place or her dogs or pups looked that bad. Each to their own I guess. |

$1500 - $2000 for "Toy size", $2500 - $3000 for "Tiny"...Think this has been discussed here numerous times. Champion bloodlines...again, used for advertising to sell for higher prices. Champion bloodlines means nothing if they are not bred correctly. The statement that these puppies may be mommy's or daddy's someday and possibly have show puppies. Forgive me, as this is only my opinion, but there are just way too many of these sites. Too many people that love their babies (who can help but love a Yorkie)and I'm sure they do, but they also love the $$$$$. No where did I see they were trying to breed to improve or even breeding for the standard. Maybe I just missed it somewhere.. |

Ok...I would have to agree the prices are high... I didn't even check out the puppy page. |
There is another thing I think was missed......The yorkie playground. If a show person, they'd not have their show dogs, especially puppies running on dirt/rock.....a breeding area for coccidia....that is unless it is sanitized on a daily basis. Show coats would be ruined on this. I didn't see any pedigrees. |

You can have all the Champions (and I'm not directing this at your breeding CO Momma)....in a bloodline, but if you as a breeder don't know what you are doing when breeding, and just using the Champions as a selling ploy to the unsuspecting public, then those Champions doin't really mean anything. In other words "It's not only what you have it's what you do with it" I've seen too many BYBers get a hold of a great bloodline through the backdoor and screw it up royally because they haven't studied breeding/genetics, etc. and all they wanted to do was breed to sell and not improve. |
