| Please Read This Before You Post! Have you all forgotten what it is like to be new at something? Or to not have ALL the answers? Last time I checked with the world not everyone was perfect at everything. I am so appalled at the responses given in this section I actually feel like I need to hover over the new members who are asking LEGITIMATE questions so they don't get trampled onby some of the members here. I really hate feeling this way and I feel really sorry for the new members who have to read some of the comments here. This forum is an educational community but how can people learn if they don't ask questions? And how can those questions be answered if most of the responses are full of sarcasm, rudeness, and attitude? If you are not planning on responding to the poster's questions/comments then move on to another section. If you have the knowledge to reply please do. Even those of us who are not breeders enjoy the opportunity to learn. |

| Thankyou so much for this post....I've been feeling like this soooo much recently, that I was a wee bit naughty myself a minute ago and pre-empted what was to come by agreeing with someone else who was waiting for it all to start again ! I would like to say I am so sorry to have put that in my post, as I was thinking out loud, and shouldn't have said so. It's just that I have had defend sooooo many new people lately, and pleaded with them not to leave over such hurtful remarks, and have been at the end of some terrible stuff myself, that I am glad you have said my feelings here, as I know a lot of others are feeling like this everytime we enter this section.....here we go.....another bashing We are all different and all have valuable things to teach eachother without the judgemental bullying that is going on now. | Thanks Kim (simonandhallie) for all you do. I apologize to you for the crap you have to put up with as a mod--especially lately. For what it's worth, I think you and the rest of the Admin team to a fantabulous job at getting rid of the posts that cross the line of what is acceptable and within the limits of what is allowed here. I know there has been tension lately and I think that ALL who have been involved can make improvements as ALL are responsible for creating it. Thanks for the great job you do and enduring the headache of trying to keep everyone focused and positive. |

| Why the rude comments? I know exactly what you are talking about. Look at this one here. I am not pointing fingers, but I feel so bad for the lady who posted this question. http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/showthread.php?t=78060

| THANKS! I agree. Not everyone is experts, nor does everyone need to breed. But it's not up to people to jump someone who would like to learn more about it, and actually do it. We used to raise dalmatians and I was looking for a place to get more information on breeding yorkies, because I am new at this breed. We're planning on maybe breeding just once. I was planning on asking questions to the experts, but I never wanted to post question cause I didn't want my bottom chewed off. So I just talk with my vet. Thanks for this post. I must say, people are going to do it regardless of if you help them or not, so you might as well share your knowledge.
