| Yorkie Back OK, I have a question for breeders, have you ever felt down the back of a Yorkie and felt what is almost like two vertabres? It's like there are two bones running parralle and an indention between the two. What is that? I visited a breeder yesterday and both her sire and dam had this strange feeling back. When I got home I felt my HUnter and his feels like a human vertibre, straight with the bone sections and he had skin you could pinch on top, the breeder dogs felt bone and their skin was very thin on top. Is this some sort of genetic defect I should stay away from? Thansk in advance for any advice you can offer. |
