I just listened to the heartbeat of the pup and its beating as strong and as fast as it was 3 days ago :) |
I would ask him "why" he thinks she needs a c-section now. You certainly have a right to know his reasoning and then decide from there. Can't wait for the puppy. Good Luck! |

I think your vet is jumping the gun. If my girls haven't delivered by their last due date, just to ease my mind, I'll take them in for a vet check. My vet will not perform a c-section until the 67th day, if they haven't gone into labor. |

My theory is....she's not stressed....she's resting and doing fine... I think I should let her labor first before making a decission like that. Temp time is at 10pm. I'm been taking it 10am, 3pm, and 10pm. I just started taking her temp on Satruday the 16th. Here is what it has been.... Sat = 100.7 am / 99.9 pm Sun = 99.9am / 99.5pm Mon = 99.5am / 100.2 pm Tues = 99.2am / 99.5 afternoon and waiting on the PM temp |

Thank you for helping me! I really need to change vets is what I need. To be honest, I don't have good ones around me. I hate that. I like him but there are things I don't like. He's saved two of my babies so far... She's in no distress, I just went back for another listen to the heart...still beating! |
