Morning :) Miney slept really well last night it was strange to not have her in the bed, but I am way to nervous to have her sleeping there so she slept in the packnplay I have set up for her and the pups.
It seems that I have all of my supplies ready to help her if needed..So nervous Ugggg

Oh yeh I had a quick question....When Miney does start having her pups and I want to post about it...Should I start a new thread or just keep it in her? I figured I would just continue in here.

I am sure in here would be fine...but if you are going to be wanting advice DURING the delivery then a new thread titled "Puppies are coming" or something to the like might catch the eye of an experienced breeder DURING the delivery process to help answer any questions you might have.

I've just been reading all the posts about Miney. Sending Good Luck wishes :goodluck: to Miney and you. This has to be so exciting and scary for you and Miney at the same time. Thanks for keeping us all posted.

Yes I am very glad it wasn't a huge dog...He's about the same size as her actually....We tracked the owner down through the kids at the bus stop in front of our house...the dog is always following them. The people just let the dog out and he comes back when he wants WTF

I would start a new thread, but post here that you are starting a new thread because any posts on this thread will come to emails of those that have been responding.

Did she have a "spike" in temperature to over 100 before this drop in temperature? If so, and she drops just a little more puppies should be coming within the next 24 hours.

She had five and three were feet first. My big guy was second in line and was all doubled up. had we not been there, he would have died and the ones behind him would have too. Kandy would have died also. it's real important to make your schedule so you can be home a few days before. I am retired so that is not an issue with me.

Grrrr...big pet peeve of mine!:mad: :thumbdown I was asking because it seems to me that if the dog belongs to someone, which it does, and it was running free to do as it pleased, they should be responsible of part of any expenses you have, IMO. Have you told them about them about the situation? Just depending on if you want to push it...just food for thought should thngs get costly....

Thanks for advice on the thread...I surely don't want to take the chance of being looked over when I start the new thread...:)

Yep she sure did have a spike in the temp...I haven't took her temp yet this evening but I will be doing so here directly.

Oh wow...What exactly did you have to do to help her if I may ask...Just in case I have that kind of situation? I have read a few things on it, but as you know each situation is different and it seems that everyone has their own little "tricks" that helped them make things go more smoothly.

I will be home here on out...Even if I leave for a few moments someone will be here in my place and I'm not going far that's for sure :)

I know ...I can't stand it/ My husband had told them what happened...and they could care less.....I just can't stand it. And ya know what?? It's a shame because he is a gorgous dog if he were only cleaned up. I would love to push it...but I don't have actual proof...I should have taken a picture as gross as that may sound, but I do always have my camera I am addicted to scrapbooking..Then I surely could prove he had an "interaction" with my miney :(
