Libby and I are praying for Tiah and Trixie today. Hope these girls get going! We are at Day 8 and doing great. They all look like little furballs. I caught Libby eating her puppy food at 2 AM. During the day she refuses it cuz she knows I will give her turkey breast. She is sooo busted! This little lady has had me wrapped around her little paws! Good luck ladies. I hope to be reading new puppy posts later today.

We just got back from the vet....I thought we may end up with a c-section. Had another x-ray....this one only showed 4 puppies. My Mom and I still think there are 6 in there. Friday's x-ray showed a pup in the birth canal and the rest all lined up perfectly. NOW the little bugger has moved OUT of the birth canal and they are all over the place! I'm going to wait it out longer since Tiah isn't in any distress at all. I will take her back at the first sign of a problem. Stay tuned.....;)

Isn't it something about those twin Yorkie girls being born!!

Bama, sure hope everthing goes well for you and yours.

Coco's Mom, hope all goes well for you also.

It's like we are waiting in a big Yorkie Maternity Ward:D

OMG Julz. I am sure you are feeling pretty stressed! How is Tiah acting? Nesting? Eating? Or just life as usual? Am thinking of Tiah and Trixie and hoping all goes well.

Geeze, I made up a batch of that "post whelping" Knox receipe when I THOUGHT Tiah was going to have her pups and soon will have to throw it out and make a new batch!

:D We're getting closer. Trixie didn't eat last night, wouldn't touch the turkey that contained her pill this AM, had to drag her outside to go, and then she made a bee line for UNDER MY BED when she got back in. We have officially reached nesting now.
If she follows the same pattern as last time, we should be having pups by early tomorrow AM!:happyboun Sooooo, pulled out the big guns today and MY dad is staying with her for now b/c I HAD to come in to work:( and finish up some things and I'm only 20 min away.;) So I'll be heading home either mid day or mid AM.

Woo hoo!:D

Yes Lady V -- it was a sad day when the boom boom tree got cut down. But I managed to save the stump!! I recently replanted the stump and the sacred boom boom tree is once again growing and blossoming! In honor of the upcoming babies, I will do the ritualistic dance of the sacred boom boom under a full moon tonight! Lady V, bring hither the boom boom! :p :p

ANY puppies yet??!! C'mon, I want to see some puppy booty soon!!!! :D :D :D

Oh am I bummed. I leave for vacation in 5 hours and Tiah and Trixie have not had their pups yet. I quess I will have to see their puppy pictures when I get back. I Hope you both have a safe and a smooth whelping.
