Selling my last pup? I haven't had any luck in selling my last little pup. I was wondering if anyone could give me advice on where to advertise? I'm listed on puppyfind.com currently. Before I advertise locally, I want to see about other avenues. I haven't advertised here on YT because............. Its a litter of Chi's and I didn't want to make anyone mad. (My Yorkie are just becoming of age so I will have Yorkie pups in 2007) Any advice anyone????? (He's super fun and cute! He's a little black and tan boy....and he has the most energy of them all! He always brings a smile to our face!!!) |
Have you tried your local newspaper? All the yorkies in my family (6 total) we found in our newspaper. Good Luck finding your little baby the best forever home! :p |
I am using my local newspaper as a last result. Add prices have went up to an outrageous amount! $50.00 for 3 lines (small lines) and $12 per additioanl line, for a ONE day ad! I just thought that was pretty high?! So I'm looking to advertise on line if anyone has advice. If not...I'll be posting in my paper :) |
The only advertising I did was in the Sunday paper (one day), probably won't do it again, as you said, it was expensive around $50.00 if I remember right. And also the Trader Paper, you can add 4 pictures for like a month I think, and it was only $42. I did receive a few calls, but when I put up big signs on two highways close to us, the calls came pouring in. I had a lot of interviewing to do....LOL (I used plywood, painted it completely white and then used black or dark brown paint for the lettering and sprinkled glitter in it so it would show up at night.) All my boards said was: For Sale, AKC Yorkie Pups and then my phone number. Have you tried the online newspapers? or Radio stations? A few of them are free online. :) |

I had him listed at $850 but seeing now that he's the last one, I've reduced him to $750.00. He's a sweetie. Any takers? :D |

We are in search of a little male, but we are quite a ways away and not quite ready. One of my yorkies has been diagnosed with cancer and we would like to wait until he is gone. He doesn't have a lot of time left and we need to give him our attention until he is ready to go Lisa |

Ad was removed Well I posted him but Admin removed him :( Oh well. I gave it a shot :) I completely understand. They suggested I post on Chihuahuatalk.com I had already done that with no responce. I don't like that thread as well as this one!!!!:D |
