| You might want to check with your vet or some that are in your area. They may have a client with Yorkies who they can refer you to. If your gal is in heat- you are running on a short leash time wise. The best of luck to you in finding the male. I live in the midwest and do not know of anyone in your area to refer you to. |

| Besides a male looking great I would wait until the next cycle so you can find a male that not only looks great, but can be screened plenty of time ahead to make sure he is very healthy and carries no STD's. Doesn't matter how great they look if they are not healthy.

| I, too, think you've waited a little long to find a suitable stud. Don't rush into anything, you would be better off waiting for the next cycle. I would say start looking now for a suitable stud for her next heat cycle so you can have the appropriate tests done, talk to his vet, see other puppies he's produced, check into his pedigree to see if any genetic faults are there, etc. |
