| New here, I have a question can anyone help me! Hello im new here and i wanted to ask a question for a friend of mine. She has a 2 year old yorkie female who is 64 days pregnant the vet told her she is having 3 little pups. okay let me getto the question before she calls me again lol. she has been taking her temp and she noticed today around 7am her temp was 98.3 and she's been taking it every few hours and it's been 98.4 and 98.6 and now it's 99.9 she said the dog is playing but not eating does this mean she's in labor the dog is due jan,10. sorry her name is starr well the yorkie. i told her to watch out for any signs of labor but she's pretty much going nuts with the waiting game and this her first litter. Thank you Leah |

| My friends female usually stops eating the day she goes into labor. she will also start digging and she will start visiting her welping box. I also knoticed that she is also very cliggy to her owner just before she ready. Hope this helps a little |

| Good Question My Wilma is at day 66 of her pregnancy...... her temp was 99.8 this morning... yesterday it was 98.7 most of the day/night..... It's her first litter and she has 2 puppies according to xrays/sonogram..... This is the first time I am playing the "waiting game" with one of my females.... My Lucy is also pregnant and is due January 21st... she looks like she is about to explode!!! (she averages 4 puppies). Hopefully your friend and I will have pups reeeeeeeeeeeeal soon!!! Good luck.

| When Lilli went into labor, the only thing that told me she was going to deliver soon was she didnt eat anything that day, which was Christmas Eve and all of a sudden she started pushing hard and she was done by 7:30 that evening. It only took her a hour and a half and she was done I couldnt believe how fast she got it done she was over it, This was her first litter so I think Miss Lilli might have the standing record for the fastest delivery, I sure hope she does this again next go around.. |
