I have only had one c-section and we had to stay until she was awake. I feel so sorry for your friend though. She done the right thing for her Tinkerbell and she shouldn't beat herself up over this. If any of them live it will indeed be a miracle, but they do happen. we will have to keep praying.

Kim you are a wonderful friend to lend a hand to Tinkerbell's Mom, sounds like she really needed a friend I know I would have..

:cry: So sorry to hear about this. What really gave me goosebumps was when you said that Tinkerbell was crying last time looking for her babies. I can only imagine. I hope for the best, and please keep us undated.

Oh Kimberley I am almost crying too - pooooor little mommy...Do you think she can save any of the puppies ? Is that poor mommy going to be allright after all this ? I know they really do grieve and look for babies they've lost and I just felt awful reading she may lose all those babies....

What a sad time for her and I'm really glad your friend got her spayed - poor little Tinkerbell wasn't meant to be a mom...it's such a shame ...I hope you all can keep the puppies going... because she is just going to be devestated if they all don't make it...

You really did a wonderful thing helping your friend -best of luck to all of you and can you keep us updated ?

Kimberley, you are such a good friend. I am so glad you insisted on going to the vet, or they may have lost Tink too...

I am so sad for your friend. This must be so heartbreaking for her. :(

That is just heart breaking. Please let her know that we are all thinking of her and praying for Tinkerbell and the little ones. This is just so very sad. I can\'t even imagine. Thanks for keeping us updated.

Poor little momma!!! I so hope that at least one of her babies beats the odds. She deserves to have babies to love and nuture! What a great person you are. How heartbreaking to watch them trying to hold on. Please keep us updated!

Well, talked to my friend this morning and Tinkerbell is doing well. She\'s not up and walking yet...still groggy, though.

Puppies all died 30 minutes after I left. Poor friend got no sleep last night worrying about Tinkerbell. She drank a lot this morning so she got a pain pill. But when she first woke up, she was screaming and crying...probably doped out of her mind.

Oh my god....that jerked my heart. That poor poor mommy and those poor babies.. Oh Kim - please talk to that breeder and make sure this doesn\'t happen again ...that\'s so sad. :( :( :( :( :(

I hope that poor mommy can get over this and she sure needs to be pampered and spoiled for the rest of her life after going thru that kind of trauma

Well, when we first talked to the vet, she told him, SPAY HER, TOO! So, it will not happen again. She\'s learned the hard way this time.

Thanks for the update. I am so very sorry for what has happened to your friend and most of all to little Tinkerbell. I just pray that she gets stronger and doesn\'t grieve too much, though I know that is a lot to ask. Hugs going out to Tinkerbell. :girl_hug:

Kimberley, I know when a lot of these little ones come out of anesthesia they will wake up screaming and crying. They are just scared and because I was in the room I could immediately hold them and talk to them and they would calm right down. I am sure it is like a humane that goes through surgery and you are scared when you first walk up because you don\'t remember much and why are you in this strange room.
