OP... capt noonie is always helpful and tries her best to educate others. If you feel that she or anyone else is being rude or inappropriate you have the option to flag the post for the admid to view it and decide if it is or not. If so they will remove it.

Just keep in mind this is an open forum and you can not decide who gets to post a reply. Only if it needs to be looked at by the admid. You can flag a post by clicking on the little white & red triangle at the bottom left of each post.

Sickening to hear that this goes on all of the time! Poor little dogs they produce and the poor people they suck into doing business with them. I'm very sorry that this happened and am very glad you are sharing your story with identifying info on the breeder so hopefully a lot of others will be warned away.

It is heart breaking to fall in love with a sick puppy. I have done it myself. I am sorry you did too.

Yes I have a Lawyer on the case and it does apply. She will be arrested definitely, Im just very disappointed and I do believe she needs to pay. I can't imagine what my baby went through before getting home. And I understand that your with a rescue group so you have a way of thinking no prob.

These threads are not your forums...they are threads...Being straight to the point is not rude its cold hard facts just like the info about this byb, broker, puppymiller you are talking about; furthermore, please read all the rules at the top of this section regarding posting etc.,

I'm going to take the OPs post up top that I've quoted here as a kind of, not apology, but at least acceptance of my advice, so let's move on from her initial posts and attitude and see if we can help her put this broker out of business for good. Ok?:)

Yes this lady is kissing is a crook!!!!! Now she's says to give her back the puppy for a refund. Is she crazy??? Over my dead body. I will sweat blood to see her go down!!She very well known down here!! I wrote an ad asking people who have been wronged by her to email me and I literally have over 100 responses. Can you believe that??

They always say give the puppy back! Yeah right! So they can just turn around and sell him again? No way! Don't let her intimidate you. That's probably what she's going to do next to get you to back down.

I like you, I really like you! I can't express how important it is for you to stay this course, I totally believe your one of those who will...if there is anything anything at all I can do to help please pm me....

100 responses, this makes me cry. My Mini came from a dirtbag like that, how she has suffered...I will never, ever, ever, understand these people...I just can't believe they asked for the pup back, Dear God these people are insane.

Good job, I admire you, and thank you sincerely for all you are doing to stop this biatch.

Yes this woman is horrible, I would only buy a dog from a breeder never a pet store to avoid feeding into the greed of puppy mills but I did. This lady posing to be a breeder fooled me and plenty others. Just a week before I bought bentley I passed by a pet store with a 5 month old female yorkie who never knew what life was outside the cage. I carried her and she just starred at me with these big eyes I touched her hair and it was so tangled I couldn't run my fingers through it. I left her because I was afraid she was sick and I didn't want to feed into the greed but I understand why people do it. I spent the whole night thinking about her. My neighbor just bought 2 poodles from a pet store (after I begged her not to) they were 5 and 8 months and had so many tangles she couldn't tell the color they were. Never touching the floor or being let out of the cage. Those dogs are so scared they can't believe the amount of love they are given and good educated people are falling for this. I can't imagine the amount of suffering my dogs parents have gone through. Can't imagine what dogs go through every day.... And some of us unknowingly contribute to it.

You two are so Amazing. I cant even imagine your struggles and the work that goes into what you do to get people like this from doing wrong by these innocent pups.
