Is PM Private Message??? Im new to this and really don't know how to work this site yet so do I click your name and find PM??? Im not offended its like Im having to prove things and all Im trying to do is find someone to give me helpful words I been around pregnant dogs just never had one myself and I am concern because like I said I dont want to wake up and she in labor or having puppies and he only charges me for the xray which was 28.00 bucks so I dont think he is just hitting my pockets up. I think its the fact that he is the only vet around our ER vets is 45miles away and so is the next vet but I don't know I will try to PM you his information and let you find out. I'm not a rude person and trying not to be but if you can't give me advice on Sassy why find other things to bring up, but like I said he told me she was not pregnant and seem to be doing alot better and that was that. I don't know what to ask him about her and when I ask about her licking and sleeping he said she could be going into heat for me to watch her because she is schedule for an spay next week and that was it. |
Written text doesn't adequately express the tone of a post, with that said many people are trying to help you its the information they are trying to gather from your posts. I really think your vet needs to explain more to you than what he is. I now see that you live in a very small town? I really wish you could find a vet who was more thorough. I don't think shes is pregnant, and she could be going in to heat I think you need to get her spayed asap and work on refining her training. I really hope you have good luck, thank you for helping this pup despite her "issues", I am really sorry about your maltese that is so sad. |

Your right about that, but the information is there and as long as she don't go in heat before next wednesday then she will be going to get spayed and if she do all my dogs are fixed. Thanks for taking time out to give me your thoughts and advice on my situations. |
Your girl is exhibiting the classic signs of a false pregnancy. I had a foster dog I took in with a false pregnancy last year, and she was exactly the same way. The aggression toward your Maltese is because of the hormone imbalance. The girl I had was vicious, but sweet and calm after the "pregnancy" was over. My girl ate a lot, gained weight, had big nipples, and her milk came in. She gathered stuffed toys, and bit her previous owner's child when the little girl tried to pick up the toy. My vet would not spay until she finished the pregnancy. |
