| Looking for a reputable breeder in Oklahoma Anyone heard of trotteryorkies or yorkietymes? It has been almost 30 years since I have had to look for a yorkie - my last yorkie was given to me. I am looking for a female to be approximately 5 - 6 lbs; hopefully costing somewhere between $500 and $800. I am in the Tulsa area, so I do not mind traveling w/i a 4 hour distance. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Try calling Ken Lambert with the YTC of OKC. I don't know about finding a yorkie female within that price range but at least he will steer you in the right direction of a reputable breeder. Yorkshire Terrier Club of America Affiliate Clubs

| I have already contacted Ken, but he did not provide me with any names - only said he did not have any puppies right now. Mary Merkey does not have any now either. There are several sites with female yorkies priced within my price range, just do not know if the breeders are reputable. |

Donating YT 500 Club Member | Would you consider a rescue? I've got a silky/yorkie mix, Sophie Kate that is available for adoption through Yorkie Haven Rescue. Or, there is OK Yorkie Rescue, they usually have several yorkies available.

| YorkiegalnOK, I just sent you a message. Since you are new to the site, I didn't know if you would realize my msg is there.

| I am also looking for a reputable breeder in Oklahoma. I got Baby in Louisiana but I would not go back to that breeder. Any suggestions? |
