Pups on the way Thanks everyone for all your questions and responses I've read most of them 3-4 times. One thing I didn't realize was when my yorkie decided it was time she would have a large gob of clear/yellow discharge I was expecting it to be more of a slow more constant discharge. My grandaughter let her out of the house and she darted for a hole underneath my back bedroom patio (I never use this patio) and she had buried deep under it a hole and she proceeded to dig some more and of course all of my 160 lbs couldn't reach her but luckily my granddaughter reached her. She'll be going out with a collar and leash until she's done now. she is on day 60 with a drop in temperature of 98.1 Called vet's office they told me she's ready and can expect it by 2am in the morning. I have 1 picture and will add more as i'm able to my web page. http://www.tagworld.com/yorkie Again, thanks everyone for all the questions everyone has asked and answered I know I feel more confident with the support here. Praying for 4 healthy pups by tomorrow morning.

Babies Doing Great All 5 Babies doing great. Took to Vet on Saturday for dew claws and tails. Roxy has been a great mom. I was planning to go back to work today and come home every couple of hours to check on them but this morning she's taking them out of the box and trying to put them under the bed and i'm not real comfortable with that, main reason is i won't be able to get under it to keep it clean (king size bed with carpet on floor) Has anyone experienced this before? She has been more than content with her box up to this point.

mommie When a new mom moves pups, it is as a rule because she is feeling stressed and unsafe..wants privacy. Put her in a pen and cover it with a sheet around the sides so she can be quiet with her babies. Best wishes

I think her problem was she want's to go to work with us. We have taken her to work with us every day since the day we got her (10 wks old) and she didn't want me and my husband both leaving her here all day so she was trying to find a spot to put them until she got back.

Most dogs that move their young is trying to find a better place, Maybe to feel safer and or a dark place. They like being away from everyone else. Im so Happy the Mommy and babies are doing good.
