|  Folic Acid for cleft palate prevention? Has anyone heard of using folic acid for cleft palate prevention or do use it in their pg Yorkies?

| I believe that cleft palate is a recessive trait,so I doubt that folic acid supp would help.Folic acid is important in preventing spinal cord defects in people. |
