| ![]() It might be little too long... hope you don't mind reading this. OK, I know this lady from the park(she's a regular at the park and has yorkie boy whom she loves alot) She fell in love with one of my girl(mini). Later she told me that her BF want yorkie girl as well. I thought that it would be great for my girls to stay close to each other and see each other 2~3 times a week. I told her that it would be $500 each for her(mini $500, Ini $700 )but she wanted more discount, so I gave her $300 extra discount knowing that my girls would stay together and be happy. Week later she called me and told me that one of the girl didn't really like her boyfriend and he didn't want to keep the girl! I told her that it takes time for babies to get use to new home and people as well, but she told he that her BF didn't want to do anything with the girl ![]() I told her that I'll take the girl(mini)back, and she can keep Ini for $600(refund her $100). She said that she can't pay more than $500(all my babies were done with all vaccines and vet check and I even gave her gift bag for both girls including treats, leashes, charms, photo album, and down padded jacket which cost me $45 each). She said that if she has to pay $600 for Ini, she'll return both girls!!!!! ![]()

| ![]() Any other suggestion or advise? Well... I've been to her place couple of time since then and the lady was giving Ini such care and Ini looked very happy. I still see Ini almost everyday during morning park walk. I just hope I made right decision for INI.

| ![]() Honestly.... I agree with Amanda, there would have been no way I would let her keep either girl. It shouldn't be about the money, and she is haggling an awful lot. Also, if she really cared for her furbutts, she wouldn't care if one is more "perfect" than the other, no matter what anyone else says. To me that seems kinda snobbish. I have what people like her call and ugly yorkie. He has a cottony coat, floppy ears, and is too big for the general public's taste. (he is only 7 lbs) I have had people compliment, and I have had people make faces after I tell them he is a purebred AKC yorkie. It doesn't make me want to return him at all. It's better to let your girls go to people who would love them for who they are, not what they look like.

| ![]() Hope you don't think that I'm a fool, but I thought Ini really liked her and didn't want to break both girls hearts, so I let her keep Ini far less than $600... It was not about the money. If it was about the money, I would have sold Ini for $1500 to another lady who wanted AKA teacup = she told me that she liked Ini because she's a teacup, that made me really upset and I told her there's no such thing as teacup and people like her is the reason that there are many puppy mill stores claiming that they have teacup for $$$$. Well, I got you ladies points, I will call the lady and get Ini back. I just hope that it won't stress her too much. Thank you for your advises...

| ![]() I am new here but have to agree with all, there is no way I would of left my girls with this woman. I sure hope all turn's out well with this situation. As for the people in the park if they truly love their furbaby's they will understand and agree with your reasoning for taking them back. |

| ![]() How long has this lady had Ini? How can you get her back? You sold her so she rightfully belongs to this lady. It is an awful situation I agree. If you can't get her maybe she should show proof of neutering for her boy. How old is Ini? This really sounds like a bad situation. But, I know if the breeder tried to get my baby back, there would be HELL To PAY!! |

| ![]() we had problem last year like this but involving only one pup... He went to this woman who contacted us a week later saying the old woman next door who was gonna look after him while they were at work had backed out leaving no one home to care for him..... She asked us to have him back saying we could rehome him if we needed to and not to worry about the money she had given us for him well 6 days later she sent us another message saying she was coming to get him coz she loved him too much and wanted him back. We told her she couldnt have him back coz he had already been moved about enough and at 10 wks old it was too much for him, we even involved the police incase she tried to come and take him. Finally she agreed and we even made her have the money back for him so we technically paid for him because the police told us as there was no exchange of money when he came back to us legally she could have claimed him back. So for anyone homing an animal make sure there is a exchange of money even if its only £1 and with Ebony's due litter her puppies wont be handed over without a contract and receipt being signed by myself and new parent covering myself if puppies are brought back for any reason. Even if a friend buys her babies. Make it a matter of the homing process. x x x Let us know what happens! x |
