I know stupid stupid couldnt sleep at all | hummm....
i Have placed puppies with friends before. Family ... well... most of my family have yorkies, we breed among our family dogs so my family is great... we are all crazy yorkie lovers anyways . But with friends, i do make them sign the very same contract i have for any of our puppies. No breeding rights. And i am very strict, if they can no longer care for or do not want to care for the dog, it must be returned to me, period.
And all my family uses the very same contract and we are all on the same page about these things except for an aunt that uses to be very relaxed until the day a crazy lady made her change her mind for good.
It is OK to ask friends and family to sign a contract , it is for the best interest of everyone involved.
