has anyoneheard of puppy petite ? since i live in the new york area . my boyfriend suggested we go there to take a look ? takes on this ? i called and they said the dogs are prouded by the owner who is a breeder along with a partner... their prices arent crazy either they are pretty good . i need advice . |

You don't want to buy from someone who ships anyway. Think about it. A yorkie SHOULD be kept with mommy until 12 weeks, if not more. So work backwards from that. Most mills or petshops will try to get a pup in at 8 wks or so, the smaller the cuter. Sometimes they will also lie about the real age of the pup, saying it is older than it really is so again it looks smaller. Then how long does it take to ship/truck/fly/whatever a pup across the country? Most of these poor things are taken from their mommies at 6 weeks of age! Not to mention genetic diseases they may have that may not show up for years. Please do more research on the breed and reputable breeders. Lot of info here on YT. ETA: yes if the pup is older, shipping is a possiblity, but not one that is so young. |

I guess I'm just going to keep looking . I guess I'm getting anxious . I thought it would be a little easier to find a tiny baby girl yorkie just to love and keep me company . I find them everywhere but some ppl are asking for thousands if dollars . And yes I want one bad but gosh 2000 dollars for a puppy . Just the puppy . I want one so bad that when I see cute little dog stuff in pink I buy it just to keep it there i have all this dog stuff and no puppy . I hope I find Bonny soon . :( :( |
Just be patient, I sooooo know what it\'s like to want something so badly it hurts, literally. But trust me, if you jump into this without really taking time to find the perfect puppy for you, you and your wallet may regret it. In time, I KNOW you\'ll find your baby- just be patient, it will happen. All in due time. Just hang in there and keep searching. She\'s out there waiting for you. |
