Facts are difficult. [/QUOTE] Yes, they are. So let's examine some of the facts, shall we? FACT: They produce "designer breeds." FACT: The breed 4 different types of dogs, more if you count the aforementioned "designer breeds." FACT: In the months of March and April alone, they had 13 litters AT LEAST. (Those are just the ones listed for sale.) If that doesn't scream puppy mill, then I don't know what does. FACT: They begin vaccinating puppies at only 4 weeks--WAY too young! FACT: Guarantee does not cover LP--a serious issue with Yorkies that is inherited in most cases. All of this is just what was taken off the ulitmate puppies website. I think that it's safe to say then that they can all be determimed to be FACTS. So you are very correct in your statement that "facts can be difficult." It is very difficult for me to read these facts and realize that some people have the wool pulled over their eyes and end up dealing with heartbreak as a result. |

If you search back on all of her previous posts, she does seem to "forget" what she writes . . .on one post she says she purchased 3 puppies and drove to Oklahoma and was given a tour . .. on yet another post says she has 1 male puppy . . .but on her information shows a female puppy . . .now she's a babysitter . . .it's all so confusing . . she is almost like my co-worker who is an extremely terrible liar . . .:p Maybe if we all just ignore her posts . .she'll go away . . . |
What a strange title to pick to start a thread defending a puppymill breeder. I remember you from pretty much all the other threads with Starmaye's name in them. It is nice that you will defend your employer the way you do but if you stand too close to a mud hole you are going to get filthy. Might I suggest take a step back, wash yourself off and EDUCATE yourself about puppymills and back yard breeders. You know how to google and blog as you mentioned in your earlier post so do yourself a favor and practice what you preach. Trust me, we here have all done our research on Staryme, I think that is obvious. I have not stepped foot on her property, some on here have, and the only way I would is with a huge truck and trailer behind me to haul all of her dogs away. |

Lol, that's what I was thinking, the title says it all! |
Take a video of her facilities and proven to everyone here that’s she is reputable, the place is clean and puppies healthy. |
I will not try to deny that perhaps you had a bad experiance with her, she runs a buisiness sometimes there are complications. If your still upset about whatever happened contact her perhaps it can be resolved. Breeding dogs shouldn't be called "running a business." It should be a hobby, to better the breed. Right there, we can obviously see without even visiting her that she is running a puppy mill. |

Some day you will open your eye wide and see what we all see. Some people are much easier to manipulate that others. Give it time my friends and she will eventually see what the truth really is and will be back here crying that this puppymiller is truly the evil woman that we all know her to be by reputation. In the mean time dogs will suffer and this horrid miller will continue to prosper from the abuse they must endure. So very sad :( |
If you are there 5 times a WEEK to babysit while she takes her puppies to the vet...then she is obviously a mill. No reputable breeder has that many litters that they need to go to the vet 5 times a week (or month!) to take puppies for vaccinations. If she had 13 litters at least in March and April...hello, that is a puppy mill my friend. Most breeders don't have that many in a year. She may be a nice person, she may love animals, but all that aside, it's a mill. |
