Is she definitely pregnant? Do you remember what days of her heat cycle she was bred on? The male sperm can live 5 to 7 days in the female after she is bred. It is possible she was bred early before her eggs dropped and they could have been fertilized several days after the last breeding.

my UKC Champion only has three weeks left and I think she is not going to have any babies. No pregnancy signs and she still has her 'tuck-up". The other girl is all filled out and looks like she has a belly full. She is due four days later after the first girl was due. I am still hoping that there is at least one little gal or guy in there. I will be so disappointed. This girl is so beautiful, i could hardly wait for her to grow up and get her championship to breed her now this.:(

Dee, hopefully she could still be pregnant. Often if they are carrying one or two they don't show until late in the pregnancy but they usually do have the swollen vulva though. We will keep our fingers crossed for you.

Aww Dee, I'll keep my fingers crossed for you. You just had one surprise a few weeks ago, maybe you'll be surprised again. :p

She doesn't look comfortable! :)
 
My Lexie is due June 13th with her first litter (my 1st also). I am so nervous about this, but yet excited! Her vet told me to "calm down Mom, dogs have been having puppies for centuries." Hopefully she won't go past day 63, since she is already so big. :D

On the xray we saw 4 definate and a possible 2 more spines. I hope she goes soon before she gets any bigger.
