I agree. She is such a pretty little girl. I hope you are able to get her and spay her. I don't think I'd trust that lady's vet to do it AT ALL.

Update! Update!
 
Well, my daughter and I picked up "Teaya" yesterday after getting terribly lost :eek:, but finally made it back home about 8PM. She is a little doll! We had a 9:30 appt with my vet this morning; she has ear mites very bad, and yes, she is pregnant.:( We have her spay date set for this Tuesday. Please keep her in mind an say a special prayer for her. She weighed in at 2.3 lbs. My other babies are so curious; but they can't be around her yet. She is already spoiled; she actually howls when I'm out of her sight!:p
Will keep everyone updated on the spay.

Congratulations on the new addition...and my fingers are crossed for yea on the spaying also...im sure she will fit right in...sounds like she has already

That is wonderful news that you were able to get her from that horrid woman! Thank you for saving this little precious girl. Pleas keep up posted on her surgery next week.

I'm so glad you got her and are getting her spayed!

I'm sitting here thinking about this... Chip was 2.6 lbs when we brought him home at 7 weeks, so that means she's a little smaller yet... he couldn't even walk up the steps at that size, so I can't imagine a dog that small carrying puppies!!! :eek::eek::eek:

Im so glad you got her. did the vet say how far along he thought she was? what was his thoughts on her being pregnent and or the spay? Id be scared to let her have pups but id also be so scared to have her spay. shes so tiny. Ill keep her in my thoughts and prayers.

He couldn't really say how far along, but her little boobies are already swollen. It's been about 19 days now since they bred. I am so scared for her spay, but having babies would definitely be worse. My vet drew blood yesterday so he'll have all the test results by her spay date. He said other than the ear mites, she's very healthy; just needs some TLC. I don't know how I'm going to deal with the sepertion anxiety, she just howls when I'm out of her sight. She's in her bag in my lap as we speak. I'm not supposed to bring her to work, but I might just have to break that rule. I would take some time off, but, a new lady is starting work tomorrow and it's just the 2 of us in the office.:eek: WE'll just have to see who's more important I guess, I've been in the office for 25 years!:D (I'd say I have them over a barrel, wouldn't you?):rolleyes:

Glad you got that poor little girl. I've been lurking on your thread for the last couple of days and had been on pins and needles wondering how it worked out.
Poor little soul. I remember when I had my 'tiny' Minnie 3lbs spayed last year.
This poor little girl isn't even that 'heavy' and I was scared to death, I took the
day off work.
Fingers, toes, and paws crossed for your little one.

Another question for you all.....I'm going to post this in Gen. Session also. She just would not eat the food the lady sent with her.......Top 21 (never heard of it!), Anyway, I offered her Chicken Soup like I feed the other babies and she's gobbling it up! I don't want to make her little tummy sick, but, she's got to eat. She's had good poops, but very little this morning. Would you advise a little canned pumpkin? or any other suggestions? I think she's passing some gas, so I don't want her constipated.:confused:
