Beware of This so called Woman!!
 

I am just sick! 1 1/2 yrs ago I sold an adult female to a lady that had 1 Yorkie and was looking to Show and Breed Quality Yorkies. I talked to her in length and checked her out best I could since she moved around a lot due to her Military husband. They had decided that they were going to buy a home in her home state of Utah near her parents, she would stay home with the kids and learn to Show Yorkies.
Well... here she is! :mad: I received a phone call from another breeder that had sold 2 Yorkies to Maria. We have been madly trying to get our dogs back but no success as of yet. :(
The animal control tells us that they were in a Uhaul, stacked in cages with no bottom pans.. so the bottom dogs got all the excretement of the upper dogs, most had mange, and eye infection! This just makes me so angry, so guilty and so sick! How could anyone treat a dog that way??!! They tell me my female is OK, but planning a road trip to get her back. My Dad happens to live in Utah, so he is helping me too.
The reason I am posting, is that Maria was overheard saying that she now needed to get more Yorkies. I understand that she recently traveled all over the country to get dogs so no area is safe. Please, Please don't sell to Maria Boyce Weber. She uses both last names separately.

OMG-good luck in getting your baby back. Poor thing-I bet she is scared to death. The woman must be mentally ill. :(

Dont beat yourself up; people can be very deceiving especially when they are lieing to better themselves and or for money. You wouldnt have sold your dog to this person if you had known now what you know now. I wish you success and will keep you in my thoughts as you work toward the better cause of rescuing dogs.

I am so sorry this happened to you. I know how you must feel. I think I have gotten into more problems than anybody because of being too trusting of people. I hope and pray you get that little girl back and there is probably no way of really stopping her except to just try to get the word out to as many people as you can. How sad too think the almighty dollar means that much to somebody they would treat poor defendless animals like that. She will get hers one of these days and how I pray she gets all she deserves.

Im so sorry. Thank goodness for people like you though that are willing to go get your baby! More power to you. You know were all human, we all make mistakes but it shows what kind of person you are when you do something about it.

I'm so sorry deb. Those poor dogs! I hope you can get yours back. Some people can be so deceiving. I just don't understand how some "breeders" can treat dogs this way just to make money! They need harsher penalties for these puppymillers.

Oh I am soooooooo mad I could slap the snot out of this woman. People like her should be put in a cage with no water, or let out. Grrrrrrrrrrrrr :mad:

i wish we could treat them the way they treat these poor innocent animals how could they look these little ones in the eyes

It is Breeders like this that give all breeders a bad name, and starts legislation that ruins it for reputable breeders.

Deb, I am so sorry to hear about this. I hope you get your babies back. I know how much you care about each and every one of your babies. I don't know how people can be so cruel.

Oh my goodness!! That woman lives literally minutes away from me. I can't believe this! I'm so, so glad those dogs were removed before anything worse could happen. Those poor babies. I'm going to check around at all of the shelters here to see if any of them are adoptable yet.. I hope you get your baby back!

Please dont use my name, I am filing a civil suit again her. She is in breach of the contract for the 2 females that are from me. I dont want any problems until my case has been closed and ordered from a Judge.
All the dogs were taken to So Jordan Animal Shelter. 2 officials stated that the Vet's reports suggested 2 dogs to be euthanizied, unfortunatally "she" gets to make the final decision until she goes back to court on May 27th.

Oh, I won't use any names. I wasn't even aware of your name or your involvement (sorry, I'm new). I think it's terrible what she did with your 2 girls though. She deserves jail time for sure. Good luck with your court case! I can stop by the S. Jordan shelter tomorrow to take a look around.. when you say she has the final say until her court hearing, does that mean none of the dogs would be up for adoption yet, until then?

As of today the amt to get ea dog out was 188.00 it goes up 6.00 per day per dog. She must be present to say yes or no on you taking a dog. I was there for 3 hrs trying to get my gals, but since she wants to breed them she would not sign them over to me. However she cannot take them herself. I gotto see my 2 babies for 3 mins, I cried all day. My girls knew me and were scratching the arms off the ladies to come to me, but "she" said I couldnt touch them!!! "She" also said the vet is wrong and she will not be euthanizing any of them.

Oh no! May 27th is such a long time away. The price will be so high by then. I'm hoping the judge will turn your girls over to you and then possibly make her reimburse you for the price. Do you think maybe she was just being vindictive and didn't want you to have your own dogs back? I'm trying to think of any possible way I can help. Is she saying no to any of the dogs being adopted? I'm not sure it would do any good but what if I went down there and asked her if I could take your dogs home.. and then turned them over to you? Grr.. what a mess! :mad:

42 Dogs, Yorkies, s**tzu's, chihuahua's, toy poodles, cocker spaniel, pomerianians. I was not present at court because I was told lies.. All I know is that she wants people to come get dogs that are not from her champ-line yorkies. That is why she must be present. I really cannot say anymore. Call Pam or Jill at So. Jordan Shelter. If those are YOUR dogs and she lied and abused them, why can't you have them back??? This is beyond WRONG and HORRIBLE :mad:

You just don't know who to trust. There were some people who actually brought their kids with them to pick out pets that never were pets they took them and sold them to animal research. That's why you never give a pet away or sell it cheap. You have to make it where it's not enough profit for them to resell it to animal research. People can be very sneaky and cruel. I hope you get your baby back and she will be ok in time.

Oh, Deb!! This is sooooooooooo sickening!! I don't know how you breeders do it and let your babies go. Something like this must be in the back of your minds every time you send one of your precious babies off. THis is just so sad for the dogs to live like this.. I hope and pray you can get your babies back.
