| I Think Today is The Day! Puppy Watch! Well i think today might be the day!! Today is day 64 by counts of the first tie... and Rafael (like the ninja turtle lol) woke me up this morning to her digging in a box of my business cards from vista print lol. I set up her whelping area about a week ago, even have the blanket she brought home from her breeder's house in there... except she doesnt like it as much as my throw blanket from my bed.. so in the whelping box that went too. lol. a little after we were up and around she had some interesting and gnarly diaherra and has lost her appitite, shes pacing and now shes taken to the whelp box.. next to me on the computer under my "L" shaped desk. I thought i'd share her in the box! Notice my black throw blanket she demanded lol |

| aww thanks so much.. i'm really trying to just not be so anxious because i know this could take forever and her signs this morning were just exciting.. lol and all shes doing is laying there now and i'm hovering lol. my eye balls hurt from constantly peeking down at her without moving my head so she doesnt know i'm watching. i even had a dream last night she had puppies... and one was a little chunky boy ... well i say that cuz the others with action figures but yeah haha. now those of you who have the x-pens... im wondering if my penned off area is too big... and maybe i should just pen off the computer desk area? i have two other dogs and i dont want to put them in the bedroom because i know that they will scratch at the door and distract her... they are actually passed out on the other side of the hosue right now but yeah... should i just lock them up when she starts going into labor? or does it matter if they are jsut outside the pen? |

Donating YT 4000 Club Member | I kept my girls and Harry boy away from Taffy when she was having he pups. I put a gate on the top of the stairs and kept the others upstairs.. I did not wanted for her to feel that the other dogs were around. I think I was more ME than her really..LOL hugs, CArmen in nj |
