How much longer????? Okay, question for the breeders please. What is the general lead time for delivery after you can start feeling the puppies kicking? Any information will be greatly appreciated.

That is really impossible to say because sometimes the movement is not easy to find if the females is carrying a small litter. In general I would say 7 to 10 days.

She is so big, it looks like she is going to pop. I have changed the x-ray appointment to Friday this week. Hopefully, they can tell me more. I originally thought her due date was going to be on March 7th, but I think that I am completely wrong about that.

~I felt my puppies kick on day 55 and she had her puppies on day 67. It is different with every litter for me, never the same. The Vet can tell you how many puppies the Mom will have but not the due date. Good Luck!

Thanks so much. You would think that I was the one having the puppies as excited, nervous, just a mix of emotion with the entire thing. I know she will have them when it's the right time for her, but I just want her to be happy, safe, and the puppies to be perfect. I'm sure that you understand exactly what I mean.

~I am the same way. All emotions mixed together. But it is so neat after the puppies are born and can finally relax.

Got the x-rays done this morning. Looks like she is going to have 5-6 puppies. According to the vet, because he could see the bones of the legs, it should be within the week.
