OMG!! When it rains it pours! My husband is ok, but...he was in a car accident (he was hit from behind) on the freeway while he was at a dead stop and the ambulance took him to trauma center to get looked at. Well, Rosie decided to have contractions, she threw up, and is restless. I can't leave her to pick him up at the hospital with Rosie having contractions. I am so glad that my brother is able to pick him up and bring him home! I feel just terrible that I can't pick him up. Rosie really needs me right now.:( |
We have a litter due on Monday......this has been an awesome thread to read this month....so many new puppies. Can't wait to share our news... |

WOW, I'm glad your husband is okay and that you had a family member to pick him up. I know you would like to have been there to pick him up, but as long as you know he's okay, I'm sure he'll understand that Rosie couldn't be left alone. hello my little calie is as big as a house we are patiently waiting she is between 60 and 65 days but no signs really of labor just laying around all day sleeping the pups are moving like crazy she went to the vet exactly two weeks ago and the vet said they where very calsified and looked great, ive been taking her temp but it went down yesterday to 98.6 and now it is back up between 99.1 and 99.4 so we will see hopefully tommorow or wednesday.good luck with your little lady hope everything goes well! |

Rosie Had Her Pups 1-15&16th, 2009! Rosie did have her pups. She started around 8pm Thursday night and had two of them at the emergency vet and then the last big one at home! She has 2 girls and one big boy! The girls were 3 oz, 3 1/8 oz and the boy 4 oz! They are doing wonderful as is Rosie their mama. She is such a good mama! She only leaves them to go potty and can't get back to them quick enough! Today is tail docking and dew nail cutting! |

I don't really know how to post on here but I have been reading this whole thread and so excited. Our baby ( Sophia Loren) is 58 days today and is carrying 4 babies. She is due March 21st. Its so much fun to read about everyones puppies ! |
