My girl started her first heat 7 days ago and bleeding red, within a few days it reduced to pink/clear and was really swollen and now two days later the swelling has gone down a little bit and she is dry no pink/clear anymore. She is only 7 days in... am i seeing a split heat? How common is it? and if this is the case when should i be expecting her full heat to come?

our yorkie just had her first heat and she only bled for about 6 or 7 days. she is now about 15 days since we first noticed spotting and her teets are still enlarged which i am not sure if that is normal or not.
