We Have Nesting!!!!

Okay so Peyton Update....


She has now nested twice this morning. She is still off her food... second day now. As of right now she is sleeping and she is sleeping on her back and snoring...hehehe! IF she were to go today about how long before we have puppies.

Today is day 67, right?

Girlfriend, remember - a watched pot never boils. I will tell you from experience that "catching" your little mama in the very early pre-labor stages makes for an extremely exhausting day. With Chizzie's litter of six, we started at 4:30 am on Friday morning, and didn't have the last pup until midnight. We were all exhausted when puppy #6 (kossum) finally arrived.

Good luck - there will be lots of people here to help provide advice and support.

yeah im not really watching her just checking in on her.... she is in the whelping box and im on the bed so that she knows where i am but cant see me. So if she wants to do her thing in private she can. But Im also close enough to react fast enough if needed. Thanks for the support

LOL - I did watch with chizzie - her whelping box is our bed - and I laid in bed from 5:00 am until after 1:00 am the next morning getting up only to potty. I was kept company by our dear YT Chat regulars -- if it is convenient for you, log into chat - there will be many to offer live support and encouragement.

Thanks yeah we start off with the bed this morning LOL Then moved to the whelping area
