Okay it is a little before two hours and the temp is still at 98.5 so far so good!

Also i know i told you all she was off her food.... But even when she came off her food yesterday she would still eat treats...just not her main food....I tried to give her a Yorkie Yummie which she LOVES and she refused it...To me that is a sign of puppies soon to be... Once again at this moment she is nesting. Yeah!!!

ok so has miss Peyton been doing any neck stretches.....some say that is a sure sign....come on Peyton....have those puppies

Okay So now Peyton has thrown up three times back to back with yellow bile . She isnt eating or drinking so i gave her some nutri cal we will see if she can keep that down. She is going to try and rest some more it seems.

boy does it sound like puppy time...these are all things that experienced or "seasoned" breeders say are signs of delivery...looks like we are on our way miss Peyton....get those puppies out of there....dont you realize you will feel so so much better when they are out?.....lol

Ive been telling her the same thing...she will feel better and she can sleep better as well.... she wont be kicked while she tries to sleep.

One of my girls kept on stretching by laying on her back and next day we had puppies. (my vet says that by stretching mom is helping the puppies get in line and into a good position to the birth canal , so it should be soon)

When Molly had hers she just clung to me really bad....tried to get her to stay in her whelping box in the back room but she wouldn't do it...Moved her box out where I was and within a half hour started having the puppies.
She had 7....

I just took a third temp and we are back up from 98.5 to 98.7 We had 98.5 for aprox. 3 hours now.

Quick question when in labor do they want to lick there sheets alot??? Peyton has been wanting to lick them allllllll day!

yeah more digging....as for the licking she is trying to make sure the area is clean for her babies....and as for the temp...i dont think going form .5 to .7 is considered going up...looking good

Okay all here it is she is now panting and i also took her potty and it is in diarrhea form poo. So i am sure we will have puppies tonight or early morning.

Okay I just got home, I'm checking in. As I read no pups yet, tell peyton I'm home now, so she can start when ever she wants.LOL

Honey, keep a real close watch on her. If she is panting now, she is in labor. It could be anytime. You may get lucky and have a daytime delivery.
Don't let her out to potty by herself.
