Does it ever happen that two biewers make a regular yorkie? I've seen two reg yorkies make a parti, so it would seem to be logical that it could possibly happen in the reverse fashion? |

My Smokey is a splitter....and he is a perfect mix of the 2....his face has white mingled in the gray and gold....and his body is steel blue......he is registered as a Blue/Gold....but he could have been registered as a Blue/Gold with pie bald gene....or pie bald carrier......and his chances are very high of throwing biewers......his dad is pure all the way back to the original biewers (Friedhecks) |

With the right female, he could have Biewers; otherwise they would still be Yorkie splitters. |
What would a Biewer to AKC Parti be called? Parti or tri colored Spitter? What Biewer registry are they registered with? Maybe I should head over to Biewertalk to get these answers :-) |
Maybe one of the German registeries....no to AKC right now--would be just a mixed breed dog. I'm not sure about any of the Biewer registeries--I guess those that are still breeding Yorkies into their breeding program, might register them. Not much help here, I'm afraid. |
