Glad to hear he is eating so well !!!!! YAY!

its ok to let him eat :) all he wants on mom. You don't need to stop him at all. Being a singleton, he will gain more weight but he will lose it as he grows :)

So let him latch on all his heart desires :)

Baby Lucky is doing very good, you can see his hair turning brown on his chest and little paws, just as many of you "predicted"Cloe has no milk, so we are feeding from a bottle :( I'll post his new pictures this afternoon.

Oh no! How is he doing with the bottle? Definitely go get a scale and make sure he is gaining. Can't wait to see him! How's mom??? Is he spending more time at your house???? ;)

They all went away for the holiday weekend, I'm assuming that's the reason why she has not milk after only a week of giving birth :(, he is doing fine with the bottle, not my first choice, but after 3 days without seeing him I can tell he is stronger and bigger, I need to go get food for my birds and will get that scale for him.His eyes are still close and I'm feeding him every 1 1/2 -2 hrs.I don't want to over feed him, for how long do I keep this schedule?

I went and bought the scale, but they had taken baby Lucky home already, so it will be tomorrow, I also bought BENE-BAC, the lady at PetSmart recommended it,has anybody used this?Should I give it to him or return to the store?

Baby Lucky's weight is 5 oz.!!!!He loves the new nipple and likes to sleep on his back, ....he smells so good:D

They did:(, mom is doing fine, although she keeps a close eye on him, but is not spending that much time inside her box anymore .

dang... a whole ounce in a day...at this rate he is gonna be a big boy before you know it...good thing is as soon as his eyes open and he can see you he will run all tha baby fat off....but they sure are cute to see....when they run and stumble....and those cute round bellies....i love those little round bellies....glad to see he is growing and doing so good

Thanks, I can't wait to see him running around, ...well.. maybe I could, once he gets independent, he wont need a babysitter :(
