It could possibly be a problem. Are you feeling any movement yet? Be sure to monitor her temperature a couple times a day. If she is loosing her puppies you have to make sure she does not get an infection. There is really nothing you can do but watch her and pray. If she starts having a lot of green or brown discharge then take her to the vet. Best wishes.

I would be calling my vet and asking him or her about it.I have never had anything but clear in the last 2 weeks

Okay, so we went to the vet with Ruby. They checked all the hearts with ultrasound, and did x-ray also. We have FIVE puppies, and she has gained 4 lbs. - she is 10 lbs. now! Still a little bloody show, but not much. The vet says all looks good, but of course still to early to be born.

She goes out the dog door, but can't get back in so she stands outside and pushes the flap up and down until we let her in the patio door. She just tried to jump on the couch and fell backwards. Too bottom heavy. Nothing we can do but wait it out and hope for the best.

She is panting a lot, but still eating and not nesting yet.

(Coco came home from having fractured tooth removed and she is just as needy as Ruby, but doing okay).

Lots of excitement at our house. This has been a rough April for puppies.

I really started to feel the puppies movin around this past Sunday. She isn't showing any signs yet (which is good). But, I have a feeling this weekend we might have puppies. The poor girl can barely walk!

I took these pictures while on the computer... she has been laying at my feet all day despite me trying to get her to lay on a bed where it is more comfortable

5 !!! Yay~!!!! Cool beans! Dont let her jump off and on couches and beds.
Or run around outside tooooo much...(like she can...lol)
We dont want puppies yet. Glad the vet checked her over

She looks big...I love tummy shots!
She sounds just like Nala...laying right here at my feet.
She groans when she walks...or even moves on the floor.
She is HUGE, Now this is just me...and I havent had many litter but I always feel them moving when theres a week to go.
Yay...more puppies coming~!

I always see right when it comes in.

I think I read your post about that earlier... That is why I was thinkin maybe this weekend because that would have been a week. Vets best guess was from the 10-14th... so everything seems to be lining up.

I think she is HUGE! Her first litter she only had 2 puppies, but this time the vet thinks 4-5 (she said ones could be hiding or they were so wiggly that maybe she counted one twice ) I just love laying in bed with her and feeling her puppies... it makes me think of my babies. She groans a lot lately and I can tell she isn't comfortable when she is moving around trying to find a good spot. I feel bad that I kicked her out of bed... but I am worried she will jump off... it is really high up for her! So she is in the whelping box next to my bed. She seems to like it.

The waiting is killing me... but it helps to watch everybody else and hear their stories. I feel more prepared everyday

As far as the updates via email. I remember now this happened once before and I had to go to the THREAD TOOLS on the top... Unsubscribe ...come back and resubscribe to the thread. We've had so many posts here. And I think maybe it only sends so many emails.
Because I still haven't gotten the ones just posted by all of us in my email.
Going to do that now.
