Rrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr If I bottle-feed...I get attached. I kept Lea. Then I kept my lil Mr Pee Pee boy Roscoe. He thinks hes a girl and squats..and hes so tiny he wets himself. BUT if Allie has one like she had last year, I may just have to..attached or not. She is just such a beautiful dog...and I made the mistake of selling her :( How about you? |

Hmmm...I'm not sure. I want to keep ALL of Brooke's lol. I was going to keep her biggest girl (Hailey/Jade), but she pretty much stopped growing like Brooke's last litter did...and I bet you just about anything she won't get big enough to breed...but I'm still undecided on that. Then there's Dallas, who I'm head over heels for...but I don't NEED to keep him really...unless Ryder is too small to breed...yes MAYBE I need him...lol. But I think the lady who has first pick on females is going to pick him...she has fallen in love with him too...I keep hoping nobody will take him lol. I considered keeping Arianna (Mikayla's girl) if SHE gets big enough. I won't keep any of Hadley's, because the girls will never be big enough to breed I bet (Faith is hers...2.5 lbs), and Lola's will probably be small too, although I'd love to keep one of hers eventually. We shall see. So Dallas MAY stay here if I can help it...and then probably 1 girl from these litters...don't know who yet though. I'll probably hold on to Brooke's and Mikayla's a little while at least. I hate these decisions. lol |

There was a girl that used to be a member here. She had 5 pups in her litter. Said she was going to keep ALL OF THEM. I said, "Yeah, right! We'll see about that once they are 8-9 weeks old:D". Guess what???? She kept them ALL!!!!!:D |

Sugar?? Are You Kidding Me? I've got so much respect for Joey's Mom and all of the rest of you who have been working so hard to save your little babies. I just get all the laundry done up and the pens changed and the babies fed and the momma fed, and the poops outside picked up.... and my family has the nerve to want dinner??? Yesterday, after my little stud was bred with a very nice and cooperative little female, he couldn't get his little (big) penis back in the prepuce (skin). He went around for 2 hours and all the lubricant and attempts by us didn't change things. He was swollen and looked like he had a bright red balloon stuck to his stomach. Well you've heard the commercials about a 4 hour errection and getting to the doctor? So off to the vet we went. We were the joke of the hospital. The techs drew straws to see who was going to take us, and there was a lot of laughter. Poor Jersey had lost all of his dignity! So here is the deal. If this happens to you and lubricant and pulling the skin doesn't do the trick -- pour granulated sugar on it. Within 30 minutes it will draw the moisture out of the penis and go back to normal. Apparently there is no lasting affect or harm -- IT JUST MAKES SYRUP!!! (EWWWWWWW!) No wonder I'm a grumpy butt. :p |
