Geez you guys, if the waiting is killing me it's really gotta be killing you. Thought for sure I'd wake up to baby news.

Tammy, definately get those nutri-drops, they are a life saver. Wish I lived closer I'd help you with all the kids. How many pups do weimers normally have?

Yay for Aidyn!!!! Time to get chubby now kiddo.:D

Janet were did you get your drops Revival?
I think weimers have 6-10 normal large breed litters.Havent heard from teena (my brothers wife)so hopefully she is done now with having those babies.
I have 2 extra kids today one had to get stiches last night 7 in his little knee and the other has a ear infection.Yipeee for me!

Yes it was revival, you might need to overnight them, Jewels is almost due right?
Boy, you have your hands full today girl! Hang in there Jewels.
Benebac may have helped, started it yesterday and my tiny girl has gained.

Lilly is still here. I have noticed she is only picking at her food... and drinking very little. Any thoughts on keeping her hydrated? I have her some Nutrical but she is most certainly slowing down. I haven't check her temp this morning and I will do that right now. She seems okay otherwise. Puppies still as squirmy as ever :D

She is due sat but usually goes at around 60 days will see.
I always give benebac after all pups are dried warm and been nursing

Okay her temp is 98.6 from 100 last night. It is generally lower in the morning but not that low. I am going to take it every two hours and see where we are.

Ice cubes to lick ,pedialyte, broth.

Duh she loves icecubes... and I have pedialyte from when I had food poisioning! I will give her a little bit of that too. Thanks so much:D

They HAVE to come out at some point right!!!!!

only 2 puppies! and theyre very big!

now im nervous.

the vet says they are very big puppies... but he says she should be able to have them on her own but to keep a very close eye on her just in case.

i am very nervous now... being that they are bigger and this is her first litter. and MY first litter as well.

2 bigger puppies are better then just one big puppy.
How big is she? How many pounds?
Have the vets number out...and good luck
Miss Nala is so pitiful.
Her milk is in and her teats are as big and swollen, as her belly now.
She hasnt ate today...just laying in whelping box..no digging tho.
Temp is still around 98.1

poor Miss Nala.....she looks like she is gonna pop those puppies through her teats.......she must be moaning something aweful......poor think....like i said Karo Syrup time....lol

she was 6.2 pounds to start with... but i was kind of disapointed cause the vet didnt even weigh her while she was there :eek: and i comletely forgot about it... :-/

i have to work on friday :-( but i can bring pebbles with me luckily... and ill be the only one in the office so if she starts to seem uncomftorable ill have no problem locking up and heading home... no one will notice anyway.

pebbles teats are the same way... poor things...

cmon nala! everyones ready for those puppies already!

Oh come on! You guys got teats with milk and I still have flat itty bitty nipples! There just isn't any justice.

I'm going to go watch my new grooming DVD. I'll need to know what to do with these puppies when they are born with a full coat!
