Elizabeth Davis was arrested this afternoon.............I don't have much info as of now.......There's a discussion about it in Nextdaypets forum.

Tomorrow I will contact the detective to know the details about the arrest...........

So happy to hear that she was arrested and in my opinion the bail amount isn't enough cause of the pain that this B**** has caused.

Her name is Elizabeth Rivera Davis.
Birthdate: 3/4/65
Age: 40
Height: 5'6"
Weight: 246lbs
Race: Hispanic
Brown Eyes and Brown Hair

There are 4 charges against her.
2 counts of burglary (first degree) and 2 counts of operating under false pretenses.

Looking at the page, it looks like this may be her first time going to jail. She was arrested by the Chula Vista Police Dept., so maybe she lives closer to that area of San Diego.

I just hope she actually will see some jail time.. it's amazing how few actually end up in jail.

Elizabeth Davis appeared in court this afternoon. I checked on her status at the San Diego police website , looks like she can post bail now for $170,000.

It was $595,000 yesterday, why the change, I don't know. Hopefully, she doesn't have the money to post bail...

She will appear in court again July 29th................

I can't believe she got her bail reduce. I hope she doesnt have the money for the bail and rots in jail.

Actually bail/bond is just the amount of money/property required by the court from an accused person in order to be released from custody. Supposedly to insure their appearence in court. Basically it is the same thing, but people also use the term bond to refer more specifically to a type of surety. Sometimes a court will only let a certain percent of bail be posted by a bondsman, is that what you were meaning?

Does anyone know if California has bail bondsmen? If they do then she would only need $1,700 (if it's set at 10%)to be released. Wisconsin doesn't have bail bondsmen and requires the full amount. Often, at the second court appearance, the judge will reduce the bond amount which is what I'm guessing happened in this case.
