I had this happen with the runt of my first Litter of Yorkies. I called but the vet would not do anything so I didn't even take him in, of course he didn't make it past a few hours.

I am so sorry you had to go through this, it is so heart breaking.

I don't think it matters to me how many years or litter I will raise in 10 years from now...it will always be hard loosing a puppy...:(

yes, it is hard. I am so upset. This is the second puppy I have ever lost. the first was the little girl that passed when I was bringing your puppy to you. At least I wasn't hear to see it that time. it is so heartbreaking.

Hi Dee.....I've been watching this thread all day at work and come home now to see the sad news on the loss of one of the little boys. I am sooooo sorry:cry: I know how much you love all your "babies" and even in that short time it is still so difficult to lose one. I will keep praying that all of the others will thrive and grow up healthy & strong.
How are Frankie and her other pups doing? I (like all of us) will be happy to see the little ones, but PLEASE, in your own time. I know you are very busy and hurting right now. BIG hugs to you!

Rose, I am feeding every hour but will try to get pictures up tomorrow.

Hey Dee, I'm so sorry that you lost your pup. I hope the others prosper and grow strong. Sometimes the woes of the breeder are many.

Dee I am so sorry for the loss of your little one. I can truely say I know how it feels after losing Holly as we did. I wish you the best with the rest of the gang and hope you get some rest in as well!!

Dee, I am SO sorry about the little guy :( You did all you could...but it is just sometimes out of our control :( I think it is sweet that you let mommy hold him for a while. I imagine it is hard for her too :(

yes, it was Frankie. This is her last liter so I am keeping all of these.

Dee, just wanted to say I\'m sorry you lost the boy.
It sure does break your heart when you know there is nothing you can do.
I would rather one go soon after birth then to hang on for 2-3 weeks then not make it.
Congrats on your other babies, hope they all grows strong and healthy.
Can\'t wait to see the new pics of them.

my neighbors has a kitten that this happen to. she had a friend who had kittens and one with the intesties out. my neighbor took her to the vet and they fixed her up and she kept her. she is doing good and such a sweetie.

Dee i am just now seeing this and i have to say i am so sorry i know your heart must have been breaking to lose that little guy. I know it has been a while since he left his momma to go to god but i am praying for you and those babies and their momma.

I\'m so sorry that you lost him. I didn\'t see this thread the other day but I know a breeder in town that this happened to. Vet put the intestine back in but she ended up loosing the pup anyway. :(
