Please help. I'm new here and new with pg Yorkie. I want every thing to go as well as possible for her. I have noticed tonight and two nights ago something that to me looks like snot. I came home tonight and she had covered just about the whole puppy pad with pee she has never done that. Also don't have a themometer I know bad idea but earlier her stomach was very cool to the touch. More so than my other Yorkie. My little boy is begging to get in the pen with her. This is supposed to be a litter of 5 to 7 or more. I guess my question is does it sound like she may start having them any time soon? Thanks for the help

Did you write down the date that she was bred? How do you know if she is having 5 to 7 pups? Need more info!

Ok sorry about that she was bred on the 10th of Jan or that is the first time I seen them tie. We had an x ray done on Tuesday vet was very certain of 5 thought was more like 6. I have been taking her to the vet religiously. They probably think I'm crazy by now. Just want her to be healthy

Your gal is due on Thursday unless she ovulated before the first tie. You need to get a themometer and take her temp twice a day to set a base for her temp. The mucus that you are seeing is her plug and she would have a greater volume of urine now as she is eliminating for so many. Time to get your whelping box in order, sounds like you will be having pups this week. Good luck
