LOL..what's a Woodle? Going to look at the site now... They breed six breeds and that is just too many besides breeding designer dogs. |
nice looking website,, clean looking kennels,, cute pups,, but face it,, "designer" dogs,, means Mutts IMHO,,for whatever THATS worth! lol,, and to pay that kinda $$ for such!?!? well,, to each his own!! :thumbdown |
IMO, way too many breeds--and non-breeds (as in purposely cross bred dogs):thumbdown That site is kind of odd...there really is not much info or anything to look at. |

I know everyone is going to jump ALLL over me for this one, but I'm entitled to my own opinion, so here goes. I am against cross-breeding dogs for "designer" reasons. However, Labradoodles and Goldendoodles or what ever they're called, I am ok with. For one reason- it makes them non-allergenic (sp?) and people who want a big dog are able to have them. They are not bred that way for "designer" reasons (for the majority) but for people who are allergic and want a large dog. Like my boss, his wife is allergic to animals, and he has a disabled 5 year old daughter. He can't get a poodle because they will be too small, and his daughter could fall on it or what not. He was looking into a labradoodle because labs are GREAT with kids and disabled people and, the poodle in it would make it ok for his wife. |
There is already breeds that are hypo allergenic Poodles are not only a Toy Breed there are minature and standard poodles. JMHO Deana Prestigeous Yorkies |

I totally understand your points and respect them! And actually, what other kind of dogs are there that are hypo-allergenic and would be good for a disabled child? He tends to ask me for advice since I'm on here ALL the time, lol. |
How about the standars sz poodle isn't that like a a good size dog ?? I'm not very familiar with this breed but I believe they go up to the 30-40 pounds.......my opinion is that "there is never a good reason to buy a designer breed but it will be always an excuse" and those excuses are always a good reason for people to keep breeding what they are not supposed to. |

Thanks for the list! But I just want everyone to know, I personally, would never buy a "designer" dog, but I understand where my boss is coming from, and I can't say I disagree with him. Besides my Yorkie, Harley, my mom and I have Bella who is a poodle/chi mix. We adopted her, so its ok to love her, right? lol j/k ;) |
Not into the designer dogs. Too many mixed dogs in the pound for me to pay and arm and a leg. I personally dont' care for it because you never ever know what genes will be dominant. |
