| Stitches from tail docking How long does it normally take for the stitches to fall out after having your puppies tails docked? |

| Don't they usually do the dissolvable stitches for these? If not and it's regular stitches, it will be two weeks, and you may have to take them back to the vet to get them out or pull them out yourself. |

| They do still have the hard scab like balls on them. I just thought those would have fallen off by NOW. They are almost 4 weeks old. The vet says not to do anything about them though. |

| Sorry I have no answer. But tail docking is banned here, so I have never had the option. Which am very happy about.

| At what age are you guys docking? I don't get these hard balls on mine. I dock at 2-3 days. I'm just interested in when everyone else does it

| It does take up to 4 or 5 weeks before the scab ball falls off. As long as you see no sign of infection I would not worry about it. |
