I am very new to this website but I learned alot from my first post!!!! DO NOT quit asking questions this is the most informative website I have ever been to. Out of all the negative answers you might get back you might get exactly what you are looking for from one person...just ignore these people...some people on here think they know everything but are very rude about things...I have learned that in this very short time!!!! I learned so much since I have been on here, and all of that out weighs all the negative feedback...be strong and stay!!! |

If I was a Breeder that you were buying from, I would Want to be alerted of this thread. So to who ever alerted Kimmie Kudos to you. It would concern me Even though it is just a Question. Even though you stated that you in no way want to breed Coco. You did not have to post this question really. Look at all the threads I just found by typing in the search Stud Fees 3 Pages . http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/sea...archid=2408558 I really am not sure what to think of this thread. It really raises some flags for me. Sorry if your ? was a innocent one but it really makes me wonder. hmmmmm |

for one something that stands out is the Questions asked. Why? they were even thought. I am not saying you are not entitled to ask I am not saying you were Wrong to ask. But If I was a Breeder (IM NOT) I would Really worry about Placing my Tiny in a home that these questions were asked. And If you have nothing to hide Why would it upset you that any one (And no it was not me) Would alert Kimmie? Maybe they just Pointed the thread to her? Maybe they were wondering what is up. If you had nothing to worry about then you should have just let it be. |

But it's good to be able to ask questions and get them answered. It's better than being ignorant about certain things. She chooses not to be ignorant on this subject. |
daisy mae You did not say "red flags" but you said "raises some flags" in a negative way and everyone knows that insinuates "red flag" because it is a well known saying ...lol. Why act like she got that out of the blue? |
To the OP I want to say that although you have said many times that these were only questions, asking these type of details about using a stud like that in an open forum does tend to leave room for assumptions to be made of your exact motives for those type of questions to have been asked in the first place. Yes you are entitled to ask any question you want this is a free country and all, however equally other ppl have the right to ask their questions as well. I do have to think that I myself as a breeder would definately want someone to inform me of a thread of this type, especially if it was from someone they knew was purchasing/or will be purchasing a puppy from me. As far as I am concerned I feel it is and or was a very responsible thing to do when it comes to letting another breeder/friend/fellow yter become aware of any possible improper breedings with her puppies especially with one so tiny. Whether your question was or is innocent I really don't see anything wrong with other people helping Kimmie become aware of this thread as long as it wasn't done to be hurtful or attack you in anyway. Correct me if I am wrong, but if you were a breeder and I had knowledge of you selling one of your babies to someone who you were not allowing breeding rights too and I saw them asking the same questions as you did: Would you not feel it the proper thing to do and want someone to point the thread out to you?? I know I would feel awfully hurt if I found out a friend saw this same thing and didnt make me aware of it. Especially if later that same person was using my puppy to breed and I could have acted appropriately before it ever came to be a problem. Now I am not saying in your instance this is or was the case as I do realize you were only asking questions with no intention of breeding, however there are 2 sides to every story and I truely feel that before this thread goes crazy with assumptions that ppl try to see the other view to someone or several people informing kimmie and the possible reasons behind it. I myself think is commedable that others are looking out for each other in a positive way for our furbabies! Maybe I stand alone on this who knows, but I would want to be informed. I hope you all understand what I am trying to say here. |
2 cents My 2 cents...if a person is buying a puppy from me, we agree there will be no breeding...then they go on a forum, post a hypothethical question about stud service, the sale would be cancelled. I would sincerely appreciate the person who brought this to my attention. If this bitch is old enough...the simple solution is to have her spayed before the sale, I am sure the OP would have no problem since they are not planning on breeding her. If she is not old enough, wait until she is...2 cents. |

To the ones who think the flags that I stated were negitive.. Nope your reading in to it wrong. A Red flag to me is a "WOW stop all do not go there" A Flag is just that. It was stated flag but meant as.. her ?'s Raised ? of my own as to Really why this was asked. as the OP has her rights to ask I also have my right to ? why.. the only reason I even posted was to let it be known that I did agree with the person who alerted Kimmie. end of my post here.. I could say more but I am done here.:D |

This may be a public forum and I totally feel the OP had a right to ask her questions yes, but it doesn't give others a chance to bash individuals for sticking up for the best interest of our puppies....Does it??? |
