| morning sickness? If my abby is pregnant she is 23 days today. For the last couple of days she doesn't want to eat her morning meal and this morning she threw up. Is this a normal sign of pregnancy? I have read that they could do this, but thought that is was earlier like around the 14-18 days.

Living My Yorkie Dream Donating Member | I would guess it is a very normal sign of pregnancy...not saying that it definitely means she's pregnant though. My Lexie had the same symptoms...loss of appetite and vomiting probably about a week or so after coming back from the stud's home. It lasted a few days to a week. Seven weeks or so later, she gave birth to four healthy puppies. Good luck!

| It is a funny thing when I broght her home from the studs home she acted as if she was starving and wanted to eat all the time. I kept her pretty much on her regular feed ing schedule and with only a slight increase in her evening meal. Now she hasn't eaten for three mornings and tonight only nibbled at her evening meal. Hope she starts eating soon. Kind of worries me, even though I know she is ok. Other than the throwing up this morning there hasn't been any reason to think she is sick or anything. Only time will tell. She sure is needy though always wants to be with me or have me hold her. Can't get anything done. ha Thanks for all the info. Debbie
