New Mom has lump under her neck

My yorkie, Coco, delivered 8 puppies on 7/12. When in heat she developed a big lump under her neck which went away in about 2 weeks. 3 days ago the lump came back and is now the size of a jawbreaker? No temperature or distress or signs of infection. Any ideas?

	Could it be her thyroid? or possibly a lymph node. I would probably take her to the vet to make sure its not something serious starting up.

	Thanks - It started leaking and I took her to the vet this morning - she has an absess and they took care of her. Love you dog - I've never seen a yorkie with white.
