hello i have a couple ques. i am getting a morkie this friday he is 8 weeks old im so excited ive always had dogs but always big dogs and the dog i have now we feed the raw food diet which i mean he has just thrived excellent he eats makral for the omega 3s his coat is beautiful raw chicken wth the bone in his teeth are so white and strong any to cut it short he has just done really well with it im 20 i have had 3 dogs in my life from pups till the passed away the one i have now is 1 yr and 6 mo and ill be getting the morkie friday all the dogs ive had were always rescue dogs so when i found out this dog was 1500 i couldnt belive it he is so cute anyway so now for my ques is that to much to pay for this kind of dog? how should i feed it? and will it be ok playing with my big dog?

![]() | You will find that most YT members are into preserving the Yorkie breed and not cross-breeding. Most say that there are enough mixed breed Yorkies in rescues without intentionally doing it. And I believe most Yters will tell you that $1,500 is way, way, way too much to pay for a mixed breed dog that cannot be registered with the AKC. Having said this, there are many YTers that do have Morkies and they are adored and very cute. If you would like some more input post on the forum. Welcome. ~Joanne~ |

![]() | MorkieThat's way to much money! My morkies are a fraction of that and come with shots and welcome bags etc. I would also be concerned that they are allowing the puppy to leave at 8 weeks, 12 is standard for the health of the puppy. |
