i really want my wish to come true

i am a huge yorkie lover and i really want a puppy of my own. around 7 weeks old but the problem is the money. the one that i fell in love with was 1600 dollars. plus the condo that we live in said that the dog rent would be $200.00 a month. my parents want to get me one but they want one around the price of 2-400 dollars. we could get one in the state of florida and and michigan. if any one can help then please let me know
