Please HELP..YOrkie with serious head injury

I have a 4 1/2 month old yorkie that fell down some stairs (carpeted) and has some kind of head injury. The first night he was unresponsive and unable to stand. He is improving but is still unable to stand. He does move his legs but he can not get it together to walk. This happened on New Years eve. Do you think he can recover? I am so sick right now because I am so worried about Charlie. He is my first pet that I have loved so much. He is a sweetheart and I want to do everything possible to help. Unfortunately I can not afford to have an MRI done $2,000. He is not in any pain but he is getting frustrated because he can not walk. He is rolling over. Any suggestions on maybe some home therapy?

![]() | I know how you feel. Im 17 and when sasha got sick they made her stay at the vet with out till my brother got there to pay the bill. Have you tried to bandage his legs with regular ace bandages? that might help them. I might not be his head it could possibly be pulled muscles. I would wrap his legs for a few days and massage them. Sasha loves getting rubbed so it wouldnt be a problem for her lol. But try it and see how it does. Just rubs his legs a few minutes like in the morning and at night and wrap them when your done. personal message me and let me know if this works. I really hope he gets better. Best wishes me n sasha |
