Is bitting a sign of hate?

I purchased my yorkie in oct. And he was 3 months old, the owner said he nips, but i thought how bad can that be well it is bad, i am on the verge of tears and giving him up. I must put my hands in my pocket, if i have one that day, or nigel, my yorkie, will jump up and bit my fingers, now he is jumping up to bit my face, but fingers and toes are his favorit. Does this mean my dog hates me? My grandson was having lunch with me and took his shoes off, nigel took his socks off and proceeded to bite his toes. My grand does not want to come to my house now. This action is every day , every day! I watch its me or my dog program but to date no help.........has anyone had this problem

![]() | You baby wants to be the alpha of his pack. Make sure you let him know that you are, in a nice way.. I will hold my baby just like a baby until he is done biting, mean while everytime he tries to bite I say NO in a MOM voice. It worked Great... GOOD luck.. ![]() |
