i think my 3 month puppy is blind..

hi i just got a new puppy about 2 weeks and a half ago. when i first bought him he look like a really cute healthy dog. 3 days after i got him he started severly coughing...the vet told me he might have had kennel cough. he is still coughing.Four days after i purchased him, i realized he kept scratchingone of his ears constantly. About a week later he kept crying because of the itchiness. two days ago i took him to the vet again. they asked me if he was blind?..i rapidly said no. not from what i knew. ive been googling his symtoms and im scare he is blind. and im questioning if its a temorarly things that he keeps bumbin into the wall and is out of it. i dont know if i should take him back to the store in where i bough him..:confused
