|  Need a pair of White Bows for Dior's Dorothy Costume!! Dior and Diesel are going to a halloween party at our local boutique and i am looking for a pair of bows to put her hair up in pig tails. Bow makers please PM me with your designs and prices. I need it by October 27th

| go to the craft store, and the bows there once you get them home, put a rubber band or what ever you use in them. That is what I do.
