I found the company that makes them, although they don't sell them online through the company did a search and the closest place I could find them was on the other side of Pennsylvania. Where does everyone that uses the buddy belts get them?

FYI on the site they list a bunch of retailers so check for one in your area.

I picked them out online, choose what color and size i wanted and called the Co. and orderd them by Phone ! Have 5 of them now !

Thank you all so much. I looked on ebay they didn't have any size 2 or 3 in a boy color. and the closest store that carries them is between 4 and 5 hours from me (yikes!)

My next question is, Vinnie is a little over 4 lbs. and his girth is 11 1/2. both the 2 and 3 accomodate 4 lbs. and the girth, i'm so confused as to what size to get. Did anyone else have this problem????

The sizes can be tough, BOTH of my guys are "between sizes" - Marcel is between a size 1 & 2 (I have both and am currently using the 1). Wylie is btwn the 3 & 4 - he has the 3.

For ex, w/ Marcel, the size 1 fits him on the very last hole (I could probably do 2nd to last, but it'd be kinda tight); his size 2 has to be tightened to the very tightest, and it's still a bit loose. It is also kinda a pain to put it on the tightest hole bc of the D ring loop of leather - a bit cumbersome. I'd recommend you call Metropolis as well - I know they have given advice to others.

Thank you! I actually emailed the company with the size question, I figured someonbody else here had to be having the same problem! How old is your baby and is he full grown?

Marcel is 7.5 mths and 2.5 lbs. - so he won't get too much bigger....

i could be mistaken but i thought i saw these at petsmart yesterday maybe a different brand?? but they look the same to me... again,.i could be mistaken. happens a lot lately LOL
